Welcome to Online Entries for the 2010 Santa Barbara County Fair!
If you use AOL, Netscape, or Firefox for your internet browser, please minimize it and open Microsoft Internet Explorer browser version 5.0 or higher.
Please ensure that you have read the rules concerning the divisions you are entering in the Exhibitor's Guidebook, available both online at our website,
www.santamariafairpark.com, and in the Fair Administration office.
Please remember to ensure that all of your information is correct when entered; do not enter information in all capitals or all lowercase. This information will be visible on your entry tag and/or the auction book, along with other fair documents.
Online entries will CLOSE May 21, 2010 at 11.59 PM. All signed reciepts and entry fees must be submitted to the fair by Saturday, May 22nd by 5.00PM in the Entry Office/Annex Building. Postmarked entries will not be accepted.

Online Entries Instructions:
To login, click "login/logoff" and choose "Exhibitor" if you are entering your own entries, or "Leader" if you are a club leader entering club members. When you register, create a username and password- be sure to write this down and put it in a safe place.
Once your account is created, select "Create Entries." From the pulldown menu, select the department, then the division you are entering, then select the appropriate class for your entry. Fill in the required fields. Click "add entry to cart." Repeat the process for as many entries as you have; if you are entering another entry in the same department, click "add similar entry." If you are not, click "add another entry," or, if you are finished, click "continue" to take you to the check out menu.
When you have completed entering your entries and have reached the confirmation page, check your entries to make sure they are correct. If they are not, edit the mistakes- there are "edit" and "delete" buttons by each item that you have selected on this page. Utilize these to correct mistakes. Be sure to PRINT and SIGN your confirmation reciept. Submit this document, along with your entry fees, to the fair no later than May 22, 2010 by 5:00 PM. You will also recieve an email confirmation page sent to your email address that lists the divisions and classes you have entered. Fair management suggests printing a copy of this reciept for your personal records.
The only forms of payment that will be accepted are cash or check. If the fair does not recieve a signed copy of your online reciept and entry fees, your entry/entries will be disqualified.
Please Note: All market livestock and replacemnt heifers exhibitors must have submitted a DNA kit before entering online, or your entry will be automatically disqualified by the Entries Office.
